I want to have my hair look like this. If anyone knows how to do this than thanks.How can I get this curly hairstyle?
You can use a curling iron with an adjustable heat thing. Just put it on a somewhat low setting and don't twist it into your hair very tightly.

You could also try hair curlers, but those often make it too curly. If you want to use them, put them in on damp--but not soaked--hair and don't leave them in overnight, just for a few hours.

you could use a curler and then comb it out... or get a perm..

make sure you use lots of hair spray or jell it you have white girl hair
curl it at night and take the curlers out before you go to sleep. in the morning and smoothen it out.
