You can also try diffusing your hair if your hair is a little bit on the frizzy side,also you can try a curl enhanser palm- aid or mousse. Hair diffusers aren't that expensive, I bought mine at wal-mart for only 40.00. You can also try doing the front in a ';bump'; or a ';hump';, heres an example...

Grow it long. I have super curly hair and It either has to be half an inch or at least a foot long before it starts to not be a 'fro
I have extremely curly hair and nothing looks better than lots of soul glow and a shower cap.
i disagree with the first answer..... short... a little above the shoulders is REALLY CUTE for curly hair!!
