i would go with the second choice the bangs are short and sont take away from the eyes while the rest of it is piecey and you must straighten it if you want the exact look, besides the color... :)Medium - Long, Choppy Razored Layered Hair styles.?
I don't have any pictures, but just tell your hair stylist that you want a lot of choppy layers and if you straighten your hair, you should get the same result.
