What are some good short layered hair styles for teens? ?

ok Ive been wanting to cut my hair short for a while because long hair is a hassle...

I want something above the shoulders but not like boy short.

I'm pretty jumpy so i don't want a serious look...

Don't cut it quite to an A-Line bob but still shorter in the back than in the front. You can still pull it back if you need to,and when you don't have it back it looks WAY cute!!
