What are some good hairstyles for curly hair?

i have dark brown curly hair. it is fairly long. and it is impossible to brush. my hair isnt really frizzy its just really curly. i am looking for a hairstyle because i have had the same old boring thing for ages. and its really annoying because im in highschool and i look like a geek because my curls are heavy and they automatically make my hair have a dead straight part down the middle. its annoying.PLEASE HELPWhat are some good hairstyles for curly hair?
Helloooo.. I also have curly hair. I recently got it cut and I got side swept bangs. They look really cute, especially if you straighten them. You should go to your hairdresser and ask him/her to cut your hair so it's really pretty, and you'll like it more. Usually I put my hair up and leave the bangs down or at school i clip them up and make a poof thing. Sometimes I put my hair into a bun. Or.... I straighten it, but that isn't very often, because were I Live it's veeeeerrry hot. Anyway, hope I helped and good luck.What are some good hairstyles for curly hair?

try investing in a flat iron if you wanna go straight.....even though if your curls are as bad as mine and curlllly to the ROOT, you might have some trouble straightening your hair, especially if it's thick and long.


I get mine chemically straightened, and i really like it. however, your roots will grow back and be curly, and thats a DRAG, so just get a touch up on your roots whenever you need to. I'm overdue for my next chemical striaghtening touch up.


ALSO, if you dye your hair, you have to wait at least wait 2 weeks before/after you get your hair chemically straightened.
