Ok. As we all know the summer is here. I have jet black suuuppper curly hair. I just cut it about maybe 3 weeks ago so its a LITTLE below my shoulders. I'm needing a new look. I do have semi pale skin and brown eyes. Any suggestions on what color i should dye my hair. Should i consider highlights? If so what color?New Hairstyle for curly hair?
