Ideas for short straight hair style for mature woman?

I am a woman in my mid fifties, with a hair style that needs updating.



I found a picture I like, except that I know I would not want to fuss with spiking my hair. Can you point me in the direction of another picture that I can show the stylist that looks similar, but is not spiked?
