I didn't watch the video, I clicked on the pic instead. It's pretty easy to do. Just use a regular sized curling iron (1 inch or so), and starting at near the root, wrap it around the barrel of the curling iron until you reach the bottom. Don't hold it on for too long otherwise it will be too curly. Also, she hasn't really curled the ends of hers, they still look straight.
