Need help with finding a cute and young short layered hair style!?

i currently have an a line bob with no layers, i want my hair to grow out so im getting rid of the a line in order to make the bottom square, but i have alot of hair so i need layers but dont know where to put them... i want the longest part to be around the center of my neck... help? For the latest modern, great looking hairstyles, either velcro or plastic rollers work the best. Also, its better for your hair, the style lasts longer and you can style it in different ways.
